Happy New Year!

January is the time of new beginnings – many of us are starting the year with a diet.

But, did you know that only 20% of people will be successful this year?

That means 80% of people will fail at reaching their diet related goal, most of them within the first two months of the year.

I’m going to do a free video talk to help you be part of the 20% of people who will achieve their health and fitness goals this year. It’ll be on Tuesday 18th January at 10am, and it’ll last about half an hour – send me a message and I’ll send you the access details.

As well as trying to start a January diet, many of us will join the gym too – yet 75% of us will stop going within the first 3 months of the year – but will continue paying the membership for a further 7 months!

To me, the reason there is such a small chance of us reaching our health and fitness goals this year is not because there is something fundamentally ‘wrong’ with you for not managing to stick to your diet – and it’s not because you’re lazy either.

What I think is that your approach isn’t working for you, and we need to do something differently if we’re going to be part of the 20% of people who do succeed this year.
