I don’t think losing weight, improving fitness and getting in shape should be viewed as a one-size-fits-all.

We’re all individuals, and we all have our own views of what’s easy and what’s not.

When it comes to eating well and exercising, we’ve got some aspects totally sussed and other things which would serve us well to work on.

And then, of course, there’s your goal too. While most of you reading this are looking to lose weight, improve health and get fitter; what that means to you as an individual might be very different to what it means to someone else.

Likewise, your lifestyle and daily routine is probably very different to someone else’s too, and this has a big impact on how we might put your plan together.

This is why I know that getting to know you as a whole human is a crucial part in helping you work out where best to put your effort.

I’ve put together a new quiz. Give it a try – who doesn’t like a quiz?

It’ll help highlight areas of your fitness, lifestyle and nutrition in which you might like to make some changes.

As you go through the quiz, it’ll become apparent which areas you have sussedand so don’t need so much attention, and in which areas you might be best to focus your effort.
