Just to say ‘thank you’ for your really helpful downloads. The things you recommend do really seem to work – as if you didn’t know that!!!! My silhouette is looking much better and the ‘thick middle section’ is very much improved. I had always felt that I didn’t have to thicken with age!!! Thanks.
