A few weeks ago, I recorded an interview with a fabulous Naturopath, Inna Duckworth, who specialises in fertility.
We discussed how you can use exercise to optimise and improve fertility as well as speaking about specifics like PCOS. We also looked at how to make a start on what feels like a huge, overwhelming journey.
Of course, the interview is all angled towards ways to improve your fertility, but a good part of it is also relevant to simply balancing your hormones too, so it’s worth a listen even if you’re not trying to conceive.
