Working with new clients without ever meeting face-to-face was always going to be interesting, and while I’ve done many effective nutrition and lifestyle consultations via video over the last several years, the exercise side of things was rather unknown. It has been excellent to discover that with a good camera (and internet!) set up, I can clearly see how you’re moving, make effective workout programs using whatever equipment – if any – you have available, and teach you how to do the exercises safely and correctly.
Since we were all embarked on this Covid rollercoaster, I have been only offering online coaching.
It was something which started as a necessity, but, as I’ve said repeatedly; online coaching works an awful lot better than anyone expected. So much so that several of my long term clients have discovered that online coaching is something they would prefer to stick with rather than returning to face-to-face coaching.
