Since being diagnosed with diabetes a year ago I had been looking for an exercise plan that would help me keep as healthy as possible. I found Heather's website and called her. She was so helpful and encouraging (despite my very low levels of fitness!) that I joined her Fatbusters class. The exercises and nutritional advice I got through the class were just what I needed. I have not only lost weight but changed shape. My diabetes medication has been reduced and my blood sugar levels are normal. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking to get healthy and remain healthy.
With Heather's skill and enthusiasm I now feel in control of my health. I have learnt that I am capable of far more intensive exercise than I could have ever imagined and that I can do this safely, without excessive tiredness. I've changed my eating habits for good, I've learnt how to manage stress and I enjoy taking exercise regularly. As a result I'm happier in myself and am able to achieve more in a day, even though I have taken time out to exercise.
Just to say ‘thank you’ for your really helpful downloads. The things you recommend do really seem to work - as if you didn’t know that!!!! My silhouette is looking much better and the ‘thick middle section’ is very much improved. I had always felt that I didn’t have to thicken with age!!! Thanks.
I've been constantly ill for 3 years, and with the right nutritional direction and support, I haven't been ill for 3 months so far and I'm thankful to Heather for her determination and support through the difficult detox and I now have a plan to follow for life!
The nutrition advice was excellent and inspiring; it was a great way to start and very powerful, and I continue to follow pretty much the same principals three months later.
The workouts showed me how unfit I was, and how fit I could become without it being such a big deal!

I spent some time with Heather at the beginning of February discussing nutrition, goals and lifestyle and found the session hugely motivational - she asked all the right questions to help me set realistic goals and has a sensible and practical, but no nonsense, approach to both nutrition and exercise. Also enjoy receiving Heather's follow up emails, showing she's interested in how I'm doing!
