I hope you're well. I just wanted to thank you and let you know of my improved health/weight loss progress since I saw you for a session at the Lythe Hill last Summer.
Since then, I've gone from a size 12 to a size 8/10 and lost around 2 stone, exercise 3/4 times a week and my diet is COMPLETELY different - but yummier!
I'd tried changing what I ate so many times before but gradually slipped back into bad habits, so I'm unsure what it was exactly that I learnt during your session - but something definitely inspired me!

If you are determined to lose weight and /or get fit Heather can really help you define and achieve your goals. The nutritional advice was a revelation, I have been re-educated with regard to my eating patterns and it made losing weight seem very easy. The tailored exercise programmes enable focussed results on physique and also addresses specific problems. Your knowledge and experience, along with discussion with other experts, are holistic and beneficial.

I really enjoyed our program taking a whole-life approach, during which we dealt with exercise, diet, work/life balance and relaxation too (a novelty!). I found you very human and approachable - no aspect was intimidating, which I thought it might be. I'm so pleased I succeeded in achieving my goals - getting dressed in the morning is now actually a pleasure!
