  • Since being diagnosed with diabetes a year ago I had been looking for an exercise plan that would help me keep as healthy as possible. I found Heather's website and called her. She was so helpful and encouraging (despite my very low levels of fitness!) that I joined her Fatbusters class. The exercises and nutritional advice I got through the class were just what I needed. I have not only lost weight but changed shape. My diabetes medication has been reduced and my blood sugar levels are normal. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking to get healthy and remain healthy.

My silhouette is looking much better and the ‘thick middle section’ is very much improved. I had always felt that I didn’t have to thicken with age!!! Thanks.
